This may be too late for tonight...but for future reference...
*turn off all backlit devices a couple of hours before bedtime. These disrupt our circadian rhythm. This includes t.v., computers, smartphone and tablets...
*use decompressing coping skills. The ones in our Resources are great.
*Try Binaural Beats (sound wave therapy) This can be found as an app...or on youtube. Find the one for sleep. It works on the theta waves in the brain, and helps to facilitate a deep sleep.
