I am sorry to read of your issues regarding med changes and increased anxiety currently.
What else beside your Rx have you tried for anxiety management?
If it is your desire to stay on the lower dose if Xanax, then I would suggest looking into therapy of self-help techniques to help you gain the tools that you need to lower your overall stress levels, and to feel your best.
We have a great Resource guide here (see link below) that can get you started of some really helpful coping skills.
Practicing these everyday should help if you make it a part of your daily routine.:)
