Hello all! I have not posted in this forum in quite some time. Why? Because I am getting so much better! My doctor prescribed me Zoloft (50mg) and I take it every single morning. The first week on Zoloft, I still had morning anxiety every single morning. But then one day I noticed, hey! No anxiety this morning and it kept getting better and now I can't even remember when my last attack was. :) finding a good medicine that works right for you is a big step! Also, exercise has been a huge help! I exercise everyday! Just little bits! A few crunches in the morning, stretching and at work I walk around a lot more than I need to. It helps to get rid of some of that extra adrenaline that your body produces! Also, I cut ALL caffeine out of my diet. Caffeine triggers anxiety and I have been anxiety and panic free for a month now :) good luck to everyone!

Good luck on your healing journey ....
So they say I have a severe anxiety disorder , I'm not claiming nothing , God is a healer ...

Faith , relax , mediation , lots of prayer

No meds ... Haven't found one that's comfortable

I totally agree that there's a light at the end of the tunnel! Life consists of many tunnels though, some are worse than others. But it doesn't always stay dark! There will also be sunny green fields! Just remember when we're in the dark. We're not alone!

No question there is light at the end of the tunnel. I struggled for years and now have been feeling great for many years thanks to CBT. I'm pretty sure there is something that will work for everyone.
