I've been dealing with chronic chest pain for the last 14 months. It's clearly made worse by exertion of any kind (I ended up in urgent care after a run when I thought when heart was going to explode) and I've been on Lyrica and Neurontin for 7-8 months. I've had the whole cardiac workup, most recently an echo and stress test (still waiting to hear back from doc, but I assume everything was normal).
More recently though, it seems like the chest pain has receded some since I started Zoloft. It's been maybe 25 days and have only titrated up to 25mg at this point due to past negative reactions to SSRIs--including Celexa--but I do wonder the extent to which anxiety played a role in my chest pain (my psychiatrist said point blank it can't all be anxiety-related due to the severity and chronic nature of it). I likely have constocondritis complicated by anxiety and haven't been able to fully heal it because of other my health issues.
