Hi KoaF and welcome.
I am sorry to hear of your current anxiety and symptoms. It is not unusual for these feelings to come back after a time of reprieve, so know that you are not alone in this situation.
The good news is that you can get back to that place of feeling good again with some help and coping techniques.
Have you thought about
discussing possible treatment options with your doctor? Perhaps a therapy
referral is something that could be beneficial. That or perhaps thinking of re-visiting the idea of medication for now?
We have a great Resource section here that might be a good thing for you to look through. You can find it on our main page, 1st post. It is full of great information for self-help.
I am also going to suggest these coping skills to try. They can provide relief from anxiety/stress and the symptoms that are currnetly bothering you. Give them a try and see how you do.:)
