Hi deco and welcome.
I am sorry that you have not been feeling well. I know how frustrating and confusing it can be!
First step is to make a doctor's appointment and get a thorough health screening to rule out anything physical. If you have not done this within the last year, then make a call and get it set up.
If you have been given a physical recently, then you can probably assume that you are dealin with anxiety and its effects.
You can get started with some self help coping skills to get relief and lower your stress levels. Here are a few to get you started.
