Hi TM and welcome.
I am sorry that you are dealing with these fears and anxiety currently.
I am sensitive to seeing people have health related episodes as well...so know that you are in good company!
First off, how is your boyfriend now? I hope that he got the treatment that he needed and is doing well.
I know how it is to worry about
one's health...and when we see (or even hear) about
things going wrong, such as you have...it really triggers the already existing anxiety, and we have trouble not worrying about
it happening to us.
What if anything have you tried for management of your health anxiety?
If you are looking for some good self-help that you can try at home...we have quite a bit of material in our Resource Guide
. Find it on our main page here,1st post.
There are sites for getting educated about
HA and book recommendations as well.
If you are interested and would like me to post the direct links for you here for easy access...let me know and I will be happy to do that.
Keep posting here with us. We understand and care!
