I'm so sorry Kitt. I'm keeping you in my prayers and am pulling for you to get through this. Maybe they can find some options after they do the MRI? I am going to hope something will come up as a better option than the wait it out and see which is stressful as always.I hate MRI's but they really give them a good look at everything. I hope tomorrow has better news.

Hi Kitt,

I'm so sorry that your angiogram was unsuccessful. I can understand why your emotions are all over the place. You sound like you are so very strong and have so many people on here who care about you and support you that shows that you have a wonderful caring spirit.

I'm hoping for nothing but the best for you. I'm sending some hugs your way in case you need them.

I have not been a member for very long, but I come here daily, and go through the threads, I don't always have advice or the right words to offer, but I'm amazed by your strength. I read the positive, encouraging words you give out, during your very own hard time. For me personally you are an inspiration. My prayers are with you.

Good Morning Friends,

Feeling so dang sad and afraid.

The heart MRI procedure went well. I did have to have an IV for some contrast so today is drink water, and then drink some more.
I was in the scanner for 2 hours - results won't be ready before 5 business days go by so I am not worrying about the scan as there is still no treatment to offer me.

The Dr. here that did my angio sold me about a new procedure that is still in the infancy stage - AngioVac. They are doing this procedure in California but I will wait and see what the MRI adds to the list of problems.

Meanwhile the chemo is still on hold. I do not think they will try to put in another Power Port however a PICC line was mentioned.

I have had so many needle sticks I feel like I am "stuck on me".

I needed to break away here for a short commercial..........................

I missed your post. I was wondering how your MRI went. I'm glad it is done and you can go on from here. Might be worth looking into the procedure in Ca.
