Is anyone an avid exerciser or runner?
Hi hazelnut86, I used to walk over two miles a day, then swim for 15 minutes, and then do an exhausting 15 minute workout on my heavy bag. However, after keeping this regime up for several years I developed a problem with my heart. Therefore, I recommend that you watch the video below as it may give you some insights as to what can happen if you over-exercise. (Note: I still swim and walk but I did get rid of my punching bag. I am now 72 years old and a guy my age doesn't need to be engaging in that kind of physically exhausting exercise.)
