Hi guys! Sorry I've been absent. We were hit with some big storms and lost power, back to back a few times, and then we lost our internet connection.

We still have a lot of downed trees and crews working on the roads.....

Working to get caught up with 'chall!' :)

I have been missing most of the time too. I get up get motivated but everything is about medicine, appointments and how lousy I feel. I am short of breath all the time however my Drs. assure me it is caused by surgery, low hemoglobin and the embolism in my lung.

I need Lovenox shots (blood thinner) and found out today that there is no program I fit into. I fell into the donut-hole so must pay the next $4,555.00 out of my own pocket or take a bottles of aspirin.................kidding - [img]/community/emoticons/redface.gif[/img] . I see my Dr. on Friday and hopefully he will have a plan.

Hope you did not have a lot of storm damage.

I reread all the cards I got when I am to tired to do anything else.

Glad you are back in business...and I don't just mean here! I mean in general...it is awful not to have power. If you are like me, you keep going through rooms trying to turn on lights and certain appliances...duh! ;p

I was able to be here, no problem....good thing we don't all have our emergency/busy times at once right?!?

Update: I'm hanging back for a bit. I am in a foul mood. My "mother" and her ex have followed up on their law suit against us, and frankly we're in a broke state because of them and this situation.

At this current moment, which I'm sure will change, I don't feel as if I can contribute much. I'm seething and hurt and a whole lot of other things not fit to print.

This has forced Hubby to sell all of his remaining stocks, which as I said, now leaves us nothing.

Let's hope I don't, you know, God forbid, get an expensive and costly disease, like cancer. Oh wait. I do.

Sorry, not trying to 'play that card' but that is what put us in debt from which we are still climbing out, and what spurred this litigious action on their behalf. How dare my illness deprive them of material gains! The audacity I have!

Sorry guys, I'm hoping I just need to calm down and let this matter settle a bit, because right now I am livid.
