Hi WW and welcome!
I am so very sorry to hear how much anxiety is challenging you currently. Know that there is help and hope!
It is great that you have seen your doctor and have gotten started on a med regimine. Please know that your Zoloft Rx can take a few more weeks to level off and become theraputic. Try to hang in there!
The Clonazepam should work right away for you. Do you find it helps at all? If not, I would discuss switching to another benzodiazepine with your precribing doctor.
Here also is a link to our Resources. Inside you will find all sorts of great information and self-help material.
Doing the suggested exercises, meditations, coping skills ect...can really make a difference if you commit to it.
Here are some that I think could be particularly helpful...but be sure to search the whole Resource Section as well!
