I'm talking xannax as needed
I don't take any anti anxiety prescrips
xannax makes me very sleepy and sometimes its just what I need to sleep thru the night. The next day I feel more calm

I voted night because the doc told me to take my new med (citralopam) at night because it might make me drowsy -- but the med I've been taking for years (lorazepam) I take twice a day, once at noon and once at midnight. I started out taking the whole dose once a day but found that it was more effective when spread out.

Morning, because I was told to do so by my doc :)
I was having sleeping problems back then, he didn't recommend to take it at night time.

I have always taken mine at night, I too would like to know does it make a difference as to when you take your meds, my doctor never specified a certain time.
