I've always believed very much that Zinc has an important role in our body health (physical/mental).

Thank you Janet! I'm always up for natural remedies to compliment my rx's. I've been bad lately on remembering to take my supplements. I've taken them faithfully for a year or so but got off schedule the past several weeks.

I'm all for trying healthy things to help improve our lives. If it doesn't help us, at least it won't hurt either!
