In opposition of my negative thoughts where I usually list all the things to myself that I have not managed to accomplish on any given day....and then berate myself for being ill and not out there functioning/working like I feel I ought to be....I have decided to write down what I HAVE ACHIEVED TODAY......it doesn't matter if some days its not much or nothing that's not the point....the surprising thing is when you list what you have done no matter how small it is usually surprising to ones self!!!.....and it feels better to think of it like that!
So today so far it is only 11:10am and so far I have....
* Got my young daughter up, fed, clothed, lunches made, walked her to bus stop.
* Been food shopping brought home and packed away
* Managed to do most of my daughters Christmas shopping and have hidden away
* Cleaned the bathroom
So not bad considering I am anxious and some of those things are too much of a hurdle on a bad day....like shopping...but I got out early to avoid crowds.
