Wow! You have received some top notch advice. There's not much I can add other than offer you my support and encouragement.
Just remember that once you fully accept that your symtpoms are linked to your anxiety (and not a medical condition) then most of your fear will subside and you can focus all of your attention and efforts on treating your anxiety.
Go pack your stuff and come on aboard the anxiety train... We're taking a journey to Healing! Put your seatbelt on, it may be a bumpy ride! Choo choo!
