Good advice above.... Quit googling your symtpoms, Knuckle Head!
I know it's hard and very tempting to go to the computer and start typing in our symtpoms when we start feeling bad but this will have an adverse effect and feed the anxiety beast!
You have all the classic symtpoms of anxiety. Instead of putting all of your energy into trying to diagnose yourself, put it into treating your anxiety (such as developing your coping skills and spending time on here)
I promise, if you continue honing your coping techniques, practicing healthy distractions, and educating yourself with this disorder then you will have all the tools necessary to "kick" your anxiety to the curb!
(SCaredycat - see what I did there? Their name is 'Soccer' and I said "kick" to the curb?!?!?!). Wasn't as funny as your "hooked" pun about
the movie Jaws, though!
