Did you actually take a count of your BPM? I sometimes feel like my heart is pounding...but in actuality it's not. This just happened recently...took my pulse, thinking it felt rapid, and it was at 65...?
Had you just eaten? This can affect HR...as well as if you were refluxing, since you were lying down...a possibility.
Trying to ignore and not fixate on this is hard...but it takes just that to see your pulse drop most of the time!
Thoughts of calm going out your way.

"Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles...it empties today of its strength."
