Breathing exercises help me. I find that when dizziness is a problem, it is due to anxious breathing...that I am not even aware that I am doing.
Shallow, over breathing is my default when I am stressed, but spending just a few minutes focused on taking slow, measured breaths can reverse the symptoms.
