So, I've decided to come up with a plan - to help us all through our anxiety. We should be working on our issues independently but from time to time, help and support is always appreciated.
We all have intrusive, catastrophic thoughts and health anxieties right? Whenever we think of something or feel a physical symptom of our anxiety, remind yourself that it's just anxiety - grab your phones and reach out immediately - to one of us for support.
We can come to this forum or download an app that allows us to keep in contact via text without exchanging personal phone numbers. I'm trying an application called "Burner" that's available for all types of phones. I'll let you guys know how it works.
