I am sorry that you are dealing with bothersome palps and the anxiety they naturally cause.:(
You are not alone in this, and I too have trouble with this issue from time to time.
I also note a gastro/palp connection...and yes, at times it is just so random that it is hard to figure out any connection. I get them when I am hungry, full, stressed, or even relaxed...as you mentioned!
