Hello Marie and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your struggles...this is naturally scary and confusing.
It does sound anxiety related...especially since it has been going on for so long, and you've been checked to rule out any medical condition.
Have any of your doctors suggested treating for anxiety? Medication and/or therapy are ususally discussed as a plan for managment.
Until you can talk about
this with your medical care professional, here are some stress relieveing exercises to try. If you practice them daily, and when you have the episodes of feeling unwell, you will likely be able to lower your symptoms.:)
