I hate it when my body feels off, or injured. It always causes me mental distress along with the physical. It is not a happy feeling and you have my deepest sympathy.
Pain can be caused by so many things. Sleeping wrong can cause rib pain. If when you apply pressure it increases the pain, it is probably muscular and not an internal organ. However, I am no doctor and I don't know what else your are experiencing. If it gets worse or you get other symptoms, maybe call a nurse line.
Whatever the case,do your best not to obsess. Try some mindfulness exercises. Don't Dr. Google. It will not get you anywhere!
