Public speaking is a challenge for a lot of people! I wouldn't be suprised if a lot of people feel the same way you do about
the sharing time in your class.
Practice, and consistecy should help. The more you face the things that make you uncomfortable, the less power they have to bother you.
Go in prepared, and plan out what you want to say. Taking slow deep breaths before you start to speak will help to calm you. Focus fully on what you are saying...and not what people might be thinking.
I am sure that with some practice/prep you will do great.:)
