Hi InATizz and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your returning anxiety issues. Moving and relationship issues are big stressors...so it is not suprising that you are feeling anxious and symptomatic.
I too have had the heavy headed feeling and full ears/pressure issue with anxeity.
However, at one point, it was really pronounced...more than usual, so I went in to get checked out...and it did turn out that I had a middle ear infection. No pain or fever, but those other symptomsyou described. (as well as some humming/buzzing sound in my ear)
So, if this is a new symptom, it might be a good idea to get things checked out, just to be safe.
Otherwise, using your anxiety coping skills should help! If you need some fresh ideas take a look here in our Resources.
Post with us anytime. We understand, care and support is key...we are always here to listen.;)
Good luck on your move!
