No apologies! That's why we are here.:)
First of all...being out at a loud restaurant...eating wings and beer, and then going to an I-max theater sounds like the 'perfect storm' for an 'anxie'
Lots of stimulation!
...and while that is not always a bad thing...even excitement can be misinterpreted by our trigger prone bodies!
So you get to the theater and check your pulse...it's up, and then the 'what ifs' start to fly around your brain, stirring up fears and sending negative thoughts to the forefront of your thinking...
..."I'm going to ruin this evening." "Why can't I just have a good time without feeling anxious?" ect...
So your pulse doesn't budge. A case of cause and effect...
Go to your appointment tomorrow and get peace of mind about
your physical health...
...and then get to work on pounding that anxiety into the ground!
What are you currently doing for treatment? (sorry, I can't keep everyone straight sometimes and forget.;/)
It is going to be alright. You can and will get this to a manageable place! Have faith and keep up the efforts.:)
Let us know how your appointment goes tomorrow, okay?
"Courage is not the abscence of fear, it is feeling afraid and doing it anyway!"
"Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles...it empties today of its strength."
