I am really sorry to hear your suffering. Health anxiety is horrific. I have had many different symptoms that have caused me to panic over the years. Anything off with my head can really set me off to the panic races!

My heart really goes out to you. I have battled health anxiety for years and it is very difficult. Seriously, I have been gassy today and it had freaked me out! Breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, and other things that help me break that cycle are what get me through. I really recommend finding some relaxation exercises that can help you break the circle.
