Coping skills such as breathing techniques and postive mantras.
Support. Being a part of this group has been key.
Exercise...physical exercise is a great anxiety buster!
Everyone is different, with differing needs, so finding the right thing/combination of things that work for you is necessary...
...but getting ideas from others to gather into your aresenal of things to try is great!
