I know I bang on about
Mindfulness a lot but I really think it is worth your while to look into how Mindfulness can improve your quality of life and help reduce your anxiety. It is also good for treating depression and chronic pain conditions and does take a bit of persistence and practice but well worth the effort.
I was on youtube this morning looking for some good Mindfulness Mediation videos and found this one which I would like to share with you as I felt it was a good one. It talks you through the mediation in a clear manner and is not to long which is a plus. If you have a spare 20min give it a go and let me know what you think sometimes you need to do it a couple of times to get a better idea of how it may help you.
