Hey Steve and Littlewing,
Thank you for your reply. Mindfulness is usually my best friend and helps me through a lot of those difficult times/days. The rest of the day ended up so so, by evening I was doing pretty well. Though I woke with a lot of anxiety again today.
I have found that a lot of the "tips and tricks" require practice. They are most effective after we have been practicing them while we are feeling well, so when we are not, they kick in almost like instinct. That is something I suppose I need to remember myself
. But the more we practice the more effective the tools become.
