I have been dealing with anxiety for over 14 years on and off, but mainly on. It seems that when I have episodes they last for a year and I get a 2 maybe 3 month brake with minnimal anxiety. My recent bout started September of last year and it's still on. Prior to that I was out and about
, but I started to get panic attacks when I played basketball and that's how it's been till now. I'm mistly house bound. My main symtoms are muscle tension, concentration issues, irritable, tiredness and daily panic attacks. What teally keeps my anxiety up is muscle tension and just being tired all day. Can someone help me? I have been getting small panic attacks when I leave and pick up my wife from work.
