I woke up alright, then like an hr later I started getting an anxiety attack. I quickly started walking, taking slow deep breaths and played a little bit of Zelda on the DS and it lowered my anxiety a lot. I wish I could do this all the time, but I tend to let it escalate to a severe panic attack. I had two yesterday one mild and one severe but I managed to control them pretty good.
