I do the tilting head backward with mouth open one, also tilting head forward to get a double chin.
I also roll my shoulders backwards and forwards, turn my head slowly to look one way and then the other. And practice sitting with a good posture, with shoulders down and neck stretched so my head is held fairly high (if that makes sense).
Sorry to hear that it is getting to you, but I must admit I hate it too - I feel like food keeps getting stuck do eating is a big of a trial. I do feel like just when I find a way to cope with a symptom of anxiety my body decides to chuck a new unpleasant symptom my way!
