Deplin is often used as an 'add on' 'medical food', to compliment/boost an SSRI's/AD performance.
It is derived from folate (L-methylfolate Calcium) for those who are thought to be deficient in this nutrient, and suffering from depression.
Has your doctor recommended this, or are you just doing research?
I don't know whether any current members are using this med or not...
Other well known add on's are Abilify, Lamictal, and Wellbutrin.
