I have had similar feelings before. Can you remember feeling this way previoulsy?
Even if this is a new sensation, you have undoubtedly had other anxiety symptoms that are similar...and you got through those just fine.
Reminding yourself that this is just another manifestation of anxiety, and putting some coping skills to work should help.:)
