Have you gone through the links that I provided for you? Did you work through the stress relieving exercises, do the meditation and read the super scanner?
I also agree with A.L. that you need to seek therapy in order to conquer this fear.
You are repeating the same concerns and fears...and we want to help, but we can only encourage you to try the self-help and seek a professional...
...only then are you going to be relieved of your worries.
