Sorry you are going through a bit of a rough time...know however that little detours along the road to recover happen to everyone.
I agree with H.T.'s advice
Using coping skills during this time will greatly increase your chance of getting through this period of breakthrough anxiety.

If after giving these a go, and if you are not feeling relief in a few days...you may want to consider upping back to the 15 mg with your doctor's approval.
