I am really sorry to hear of your anxiety challenges and ups/downs you've been experiencing lately. It is frustrating to say the least!
It can be hard to distinguish between what may be an Rx s/e...and simply breakthrough anxiety...
...so I echo the above advice regarding talking with your doctor. You can get guidance regarding your medication/dosage...as well as discuss/rule out possible physical reasons for your stomach issues...such as GERD, since anxiety and reflux share many of the same manifestations....
Also, considering that this could simply be breakthrough anxiety

It is filled with great self-help ideas to keep your anxiety levels as low as possible. Try doing the breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and meditation before getting up in the morning, since this is a challenging time for you.
