I am sorry to hear of the issues anxiety is causing you at the moment.
Whether situational or chronic, anxiety can cause us interpersonal as well as other challenges, so know that you are not alone.
Sometimes these feelings are just phases that we go through do to age or circumstances...but other times, these feelings stick around...
So if you find yourself not pulling out of this soon, I would suggest looking into some self-help. As N.C. mentioned above...we have great material in our Resources!
