Hi Ravion and welcome.
I am so sorry to hear of the challenges that your family has faced recently. We will certainly keep all of you in thought and prayer!
I'm glad to hear that you will be talking to your doctor soon, so that you can make a plan of action for managing your anxiety and symptoms. Know that it is not unusual to be feeling the way you are...especially considering all that you are going through...and there is hope for feeling better!
Until your appointment comes up, here is the link to our Resources,
filled with self-help material. Try some of the Stress Relieving Exercise
suggestions, or the meditation videos
. Practicing these regularly should reduce your overall anxiety levels, and relieve the physical symptoms.
Keep posting with us if you find it helpful. We care, understand and support is key!
(Happy Father's Day!!)
