I am sorry you are having a rough day.:( Can you identify why you are feeling so anxious...listing the issues from small stressors to the biggest one? Then brainstorm about
short and longterm steps you can take to improve the situation. Journal about
it here, or in a notebook you've already started. Writing out your feelings really helps, both emotionally...
...and in helping you come up with solutions!
