My physical symptoms of anxiety wan from minute to minute,
hour to hour. I can be feeling at peace and happy and energetic and then suddenly get a symptom, maybe head pressure, nausea, numbness or any of the other things I get when my anxiety rears it's ugly head. I do have days that I feel great and at peace, but mostly it comes and goes.
I described it as being on a roller coaster, the highs and lows. I'm so sensitve to any changes in my body, so on alert.
