You can start your day with coping skills done right upon awakening before even getting up.:) The following can all be done in bed:
*Progressive muscle relaxation
*Positive mantras and visualization
Making these prior # 1...first thing can really help lessen a.m. anxiety...and set a good tone for the whole day.:)
