This does sound like a challenge...anytime you are away from home, in unfamiliar territory, it can be difficult to adjust.
However, bringing along your sense of adventure and humor (!) should help some...
Tap into your inner child, and think of it as one big crazy sleepover!
If you really start to feel uncomfortable, maybe you can stay with your SIL...
...just take your shower, and never leave! (LOL!)
Seriously though, use your coping skills, and have a plan 'B' on deck in case it is too uncomfortable.
