Here is a good video...she is not a professional dancer, so the approach is on fitness, but with good form in the ballet exercises which focus on core and glutes! ;)
p.s. really watch your form while doing any squats...keep your knees in alignment with your toes to avoid overstressing the knees...and in any exercise where you are kicking/lifting the leg to the back, engage your core to keep your lower back happy.:)
