Anything that is reassuring to you and your situation. Repeating phrases to yourself actually lessens the worries with time, as the brain chemistry improves due to the 'feel good' neurotransmitters increasing.:)
My personal go to mantra is:
"I am okay...this is just anxiety making me feel these symptoms."
This reminds me that though I may feel off due to the physical effects anxiety can have on my body...
...I am actually healthy and well.
