Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm so sorry to hear about your anxiety problem, your foot injury, and your worries about your job and your wife. I know that your life seems to be really on the edge lately and it's very difficult to survive. But I urged you to keep fighting because life with anxiety problems will always be a struggle and you'll need energy, patience, and determination in conquering it.
There are actually many things you can do with coping up with your situation. Of course there's the medications, counselling therapies and mindfulness exercises. There are also other alternative methods that some people neglects to use. There is Yoga or meditation, breathing exercises, massage therapies with aromatherapy, and painting. This activities actually can help you deal with a lot of anxiety. There are also some nutritional supplements that can help promote calmness and relaxation on your body and mind, 5-HTP, fish oil, and endoca hemp products have properties that may alleviate anxiety. Last but not least you can try herbal teas that also can help induce calmness.
