Hi again KM and thanks for telling us more about your story!
I am glad to hear that you are working with your P-doc to find a good game plan for management of your attacks. I hope that your increases go well, and are beneficial for helping you feel your best!
Have you been, or are you currently in therapy for treatment as well? If not...I, as well as many members here can strongly recommend this for your best long term recovery and success. Evev if you have done this in the past...a refresher could not hurt, since you are having this recent increase with challenges.
For now, here is the link to our Resources. There you will find great self help material that is very effective if practiced regularly. Check it out and see what looks helpful to you.
Keep posting with us if you find it helpful. We understand, care and support is key.:)
Talk to you soon,
