I would guess that you compressed a nerve on your long flight. Perhaps you were leaning or sleeping on the area for an extended period? (or perhaps aggravated the area carrying your bags?)
However, I am not a doctor...so if you continue to have discomfort, you will want to go have things checked out to be sure.
