You know we are about
the same age...I have a few years on you...
...but I have some of the same symptoms, and a lot of it just comes with changes in our hormones.
The most difficult time is not menopause itself...but the 10 plus years leading it up to it...when things get really wonky with our systems!!
Use those coping skills...eat well, exercise...do all the things to help you feel your best, body and mind!
We'll b get through this! ;)
