We have an unwritten 'rule' here about
consulting Dr. Google...and that is DON'T! ;p It never helps...it does just the opposite actually, increasing anxiety.
I know it is hard to stop. Do your best.
When you get the urge to symptoms search...instead, go through a module from this self help site for health anxiety.

You will not only avoid googling...you will distract yourself...AND be learning coping skills to combat the health anxiety and fears!
It's a WIN-WIN-WIN!!
Dedicate the weekend to this. There are 9 modules...so it will take time and effort, but it is worth it...and before you know it, it will be time for you to get your labs...and celebrate.:)
